Terms and Conditions
Only persons of legal age, 18 or 20 years, or older depending on your place of recidency, who are not under guardianship, and are not acting in capacity as a company, with a physical address in one of the countries that satinskinz2u.com provides deliveries to can place an order.
2. Prices and delivery charges
The prices displayed at satinskinz2u.com does not include a delivery charge. The price does not include import taxes or custom duties. Import taxes/custom duties will be charged by your carrier at delivery and SATIN SKINZ does not compensate these charges. (INTERNATIONAL ORDER ONLY)
If the value of your order exceeds the toll free limit in your market extra fees will be applied upon delivery. Please check with your local customs office for more information. (INTERNATIONAL ORDER ONLY)
The delivery charge for each order will be the same, regardless of the size or weight of your order. The cost for each delivery method is clearly indicated during the check-out process. If we are unable to deliver your order in full and have to make more than one delivery, there will not be an additional charge for any subsequent deliveries.
3. Ordering/conclusion of contract
The ordering option available to you is via satinskinz2u.com. Once you have placed your order, if you have supplied us with your email address, you will receive an email confirmation. SATIN SKINZ will fulfill the order in accordance with the email confirmation. If for any reason we are unable to fulfill your order, we will let you know at the earliest opportunity. If we have already received payment for such order, we will attempt to refund the applicable amount using the same method used to make the payment. If, for any reason, alternative arrangements are necessary we will notify you and ask you to contact Customer Service who will settle the refund.
SATIN SKINZ exercises the utmost diligence in accepting and processing orders and will endeavour to deliver your order in accordance with your selected delivery option.
SATIN SKINZ endeavours to dispatch orders in the fastest possible time and in the order in which they are placed. We aim to deliver within 4-10 business days following confirmation of an order. Though we aim to deliver within the communicated time frame, delivery may take longer due to unexpected events. In the unlikely event the delivery time exceeds 30 days, you may cancel your order.
Before you place your order, you will be informed of the expected delivery details. Once you have placed your order you will receive an email confirmation with your expected delivery details.

5. Return, Refund & Cancellation
Each order is carefully checked and packed before shipping. However, if you receive a defective or damaged product we will either refund your full amount or send a free replacement for it. To claim a full refund against a defective product, you must send us images in support of your claim within 24 hours of receiving your order. You can initiate a return either by clicking here or write us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
After the order has been processed, it is immediately sent to our fulfillment department for shipping. Orders that have been shipped cannot be canceled and will not be refunded or exchanged.
6. Non-delivery or wrong address information provided
We are not responsible for reshipment if you provided us with an incorrect address or incomplete.
If you’re refused to sign the order, we will charge 20% for handling fees, if the package has been restored several times after unsuccessful delivery (due to your absence or you provided a delivery address incorrect or incomplete us), we will need 20% shipping.
